Specialities
Every athlete has a different story. At Iron Impact Physical Therapy, we meet you where you are with one-on-one care that blends expert assessment, manual therapy, and strength programming to prepare you for the physical demands of your sport or lifestyle.

The hybrid Athlete
Hybrid athletes balance multiple modes of training; from lifting and conditioning to running, endurance, and skill work. That kind of versatility demands strength, mobility, and recovery strategies that keep up. Our approach helps you handle high training volumes, optimize performance, and stay durable across disciplines. Through individualized assessment and programming, we’ll help you move efficiently, recover faster, and perform at your best, no matter how diverse your training.
The combat athlete
Combat sports test every aspect of the human body; power, endurance, and resilience. As a former wrestler and MMA athlete, I understand firsthand the unique demands of training and competing in combat sports. Whether you’re managing overuse injuries, recovering from a fight, or preparing for your next camp, we’ll work one-on-one to restore function, improve durability, and keep you performing at your best.

Performance & Pain Relief
Getting out of pain is only the first step, staying strong and capable is the goal. We combine hands-on treatment with progressive loading and performance-based rehab to bridge the gap between recovery and training. Whether you’re returning from injury or fine-tuning performance, every session is designed to reduce pain, improve movement capacity, and prepare your body for the demands of your sport or lifestyle.
The Hypermobile Athlete
Hypermobility requires more than flexibility. It demands control, stability, and a deep understanding of the body’s limits. Living with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS) myself, I understand the challenges that come with training, pain management, and injury prevention. Together, we’ll focus on building strength, proprioception, and body awareness to help you move confidently, train safely, and perform without fear of setbacks.
